Gravitational waves propagation on cosmological backgrounds

After introducing the standard model of cosmology we will study the propagation of gravitational waves on such backgrounds. For this, we will remind ourselves of the fundamental properties of black holes and their merger and discuss the implications of no-hair theorems.
