Understanding the first observation of B->Kνν by Belle-II

Dr. Olcyr Sumensari , IJCLab, Orsay

Recently, the Belle-II experiment reported on the first measurement of B(B->K??), which appears to be almost 3? larger than predicted in the Standard Model (SM). In this talk, I will critically revisit the status of these SM predictions and discuss the opportunities to observe New Physics effects in these decays.
