For her dissertation "Unravelling 13 Billion Years of Cosmic History with Spectroscopic Studies: From the Milky Way to the Epoch of Reionization" Dr. Anna-Christine Eilers (MIT) was awarded 1st place in the Otto Haxel Awards for the doctoral class of 2019. The prize carries a prize money of 6000 Euro.
